Plan, initiate, and manage Site Reliability information technology (IT) projects to make systems more resilient, automated, and efficient. Lead and guide the work of technical staff and coordinate across cross-functional engineering teams to deliver improvements. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
